Established in 2004, Designscape Consultancy has grown to become an extremely successful architectural firm working with homeowners, local councils and developers within London and the South East. We are a positive and thorough team who value every relationship with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
Our underlying ethos is that design matters. Design adds value and does not need to cost. We always commence by sitting down with you to discuss your requirements and we then bring added value to a project. This may be by highlighting something that you may not have considered or simply by achieving your goals in a different, better way.

I have been delighted with the service and found the team extremely professional and helpful at all times. I have never had experience in doing an extension before and Designscape put my mind at ease, advising me throughout. The drawings were on point with what I envisaged and they kept me in the loop consistently with the planning permission process. Any questions I had (at any time day or night!) were responded to promptly and everything explained to me. Without doubt, I would definitely recommend using Designscape Consultancy Ltd.

Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. Didn't listen, didn't look around the house. Provided drawings which were completely off from the brief. So off he converted the garage into a playroom when it was supposed to be a utility room and shower room! Quote was extremely vague, gave a "rough price" for the construction which was out by tens of thousands. The design aspect was terrible, put a toilet in the middle of the dining room! Steer clear. It would be cheaper and easier to buy a computer and teach yourself CAD!

I can't recommend Kingsley and his team enough. They have been absolutely fantastic in every scheme that they have produced for us.
