This includes a full and thorough clean throughout the house to include descaling bathrooms, cleaning all white goods, deep cleaning the oven and removing all grease from the cooker hood and changing filters where applicable.

Our staff our professionally trained by Prochem & the NCCA and all our work conforms to PAS86 standards. This Publicly Available Specification (PAS) has been developed by the National Carpet Cleaning Association (NCCA) in collaboration with BSI British Standards.

Simon was very easy to deal with, gave a fair quote which was totally transparent (unlike several other companies I contacted who added lots of potential extras to be decided on the day), turned up and did the job well - especially the carpet and terracotta floor cleaning which was superb. We hired Indigo for an end of tenancy clean, including carpet cleaning of a flat entirely covered in beige carpet. Simon was very responsive to my emails and our landlords gave us our entire deposit back which was fantastic! There were a couple of small marks left on the carpet and a tiny bit of dust left which our letting agents picked up on (they're very fussy), but apart from that it was an excellent job.

Simon has cleaned carpets for us in the past but more recently he also cleaned rugs, sofas, and curtains. We are really pleased with the result on all these items. He took a lot of trouble to test each item for colour fastness as well as to do each item thoroughly (for example, not just the front side of the curtains but the backs too, and ditto with the backs of the sofas). It was clear he takes pride in his work and that he wanted to do the job as well as he could. He is also very pleasant to have around while doing the job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
