Both my Mum, Dad and Sister had recommended Sofas & Beyond to me as they had had flooring, a bed & a Sofa from them previously, I wasn't disappointed! After over 12 months of renovations to our new home the Team at Sofas & Beyond were so helpful. Nathan talked us through the different hard flooring options and we decided on LVT throughout the whole of our downstairs, it looks amazing! Steve the fitter was excellent even working until 10pm to get it finished for us in time for Christmas. Absolutely thrilled to bits with the beautiful furniture we have taken delivery of. Lovely company to deal with, not pushy sales, but very helpful.
Great quality furniture and the team they sub contracted to deliver were superb, quick efficient and tidy.
We had to wait a little longer than expected for our goods, but that is understandable in the current climate.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Will definitely be paying them a visit for carpets in the future.

Very helpful staff. Major issues with suppliers! After paying upfront in full, it had taken over 7 months to receive all of my items. Undertanding this was in the middle of COVID, I was still promised 6-8 weeks delivery. Items were not quality checked by sofas and beyond as my tv cabinet and side unit where both damaged, after 2 replacement units of each were sent out my order was finally completed 7 months later. The product quality is very low. Staff were very cooperative and helpful, especially Lisa, Just a shame with the product/ supplier.

I took delivery of my beautiful new sofa today and I am absolutely delighted with it. I think the team have done a fantastic job in these very difficult times. Understandably I had to wait a bit longer than expected but I was kept informed by Lisa throughout and feel the customer service has been excellent. I'll be back in to see you for a new bed later in the year. Good Luck with re-opening I hope you are very busy!

Loved the service from Sofas and beyond, the sales man wasnt pushy, he was informative about the furniture and arrived when he said. The sofas I am over the moon with, not to expensive, but the quantity is amazing. I've had family members buy furniture from DFS and the quality and the problems they have had was awful. I would highly recommend this shop. The furniture they sell is quality.

Impressed with the excellent and friendly customer service. Nathan was especially helpful. Purchased a double-bed and new mattress on a Sunday and was contacted three days later that it was ready to be delivered. Delivery people were also very friendly and professional. They took great care in shifting and assembling the bed. Great to support a family-run business while buying British-made goods.
