Chris ( the Engineer) was very professional, helpful, polite and did a very satisfactory job. Also Roxana at Customer Service was also very helpful and understanding. Although my entry phone repair was a bit complicated, both Chris and Roxana did their utmost best to resolve the issue. I will be happy to use the Company again if the need arises and also highly recommend their services to others.

Absolutely terrible service. The engineer was gormless and couldn't figure out the problem (a disconnected unit was causing static noise at the front door speaker). He left before it was resolved. I tried to get the company to send an engineer to fix the problem but they wanted to charge me again. Avoid like the plague!
