From plot of land to cutting edge new building. D&G were able to put together an impressive building nestled onto the hillside that looks like a bungalow from street level but hides an impressive secret out back. Old house just wasn't taking full advantage of the land and potential views. As a dated shell, we stripped it out and let it blossom into something much more majestic.
We received several quotes from builders and it was only after I took the time to spend a few hours with Dave, visiting several of the houses he had either built or refurbished that I decided to place the work through his company. I cannot recommend taking the time to meet the builder in person and visit some of their previous projects ahead of agreeing to a large schedule of works.
