Generally, we can give you an indication of likely costs on the telephone giving you the option to book an appointment. When we arrive we will confirm or revise the estimate based on what we find at the job. If you are happy to go ahead then we will do the job there and then. We endeavour to be on time, but sometimes we might be a little late, but we will always call you in advance to let you know our revised estimated arrival time.
