I visited the Essex store and l couldn’t believe the amount of choice of great furniture!
I was helped by Adam Wickford who was so helpful and very knowledgeable about different set and ended up with buying twice as much!
It’s lovely and Convenient buying online , but you can’t beat going and trying before you buy!

I ordered a Christmas tree and a skirt for the tree, it said it will arrive within 7 working days. Now 3 weeks later and after many phone calls chasing up speaking from one customer service to the next, and many fake assurances, I still haven’t received my Christmas tree nor the tree skirt. I will never use this company and never trust them. They are not honest at all, very misleading and the issues don’t get resolved. I have spent thus far in total about 90 mins on waiting in the phone queue and conversations with 3 customer representatives and still haven’t received my order. I am beyond

5 stars for sales (of course), one star for after-sales.
In the first summer of use the rattan on the table melted in 6 different locations - I reported it and was promised a new top in 6 weeks. I had to chase them 3 times before a top finally arrived over SIX MONTHS LATER.
I called to complain that not it is December, by the time the top goes on it will have been a year since I reported this and being that part of the table is faulty I don't believe the rest is not, a guy called Ricky who I was told was a manager blamed covid for the issue and when I was saying I would like a new table as it

On visiting the whitestores showroom the furniture displayed looks really good, huge queue to order, with everyone ordering big sets. We ordered our 8 seater furniture set, parasol, parasol base and dining set cover in April total price £3400. We were originally told that our delivery date was 25th July, needed to be manufactured in their EU workshop and then would be delivered. We were incredibly patient as the date was CONTINUOUSLY delayed, citing COVID, Surez canal delay. We paid our full balance the first week in September and expected to receive this within 10 days as per their terms and

I popped in the Wickford store initially with my daughter and had a very nice informative and no pressure chat with Neil and left with all the information I requested.
I returned to the store today and had an equally great experience with Craig and ended up buying two lovely set ups for our home & holiday home.
Brilliant selection to view and all items in stock and coming to the two addresses within ten days.

Shockingly Bad Experience.
Ordered table, chairs and parasol in early May 2021, received delivery in late September, so hardly able to make use of, as summer was pretty much over.
Excuse after excuse as to why delivery was nearly 8 weeks late, very limited communication, when they did communicate it was quite terse and condescending.
They did send a concrete parasol base in August and thought this OK, as this met the original delivery time slot.
The sales team there in store are very good and helpful, why would they not be , to secure orders that they can hardly meet any time soon as it all

Ordered garden furniture in February and took delivery at the end of July. Although not ideal, due to the pandemic supply issues were an issue so I needed to wait.
Once the furniture arrived I was really happy with the quality and how little assembly was required (if any).
Just need the summer to continue so that we can use the furniture.
