O&H Removals is a local family firm which has been serving the local community since 1969, originally started buy husband and wife Malcolm and Karen Ousley(nee Hedley). Over the years two of their sons, Daniel and Simon, have also followed in Malcolm's footsteps in becoming removal men, helping out with the running of the business in different ways with the aim of keeping a friendly family firm.
Home visits are now being carried out wherever possible, using PPE as required and with social distancing. If a home visit is not possible, then Malcolm will call and discuss your removal requirements over the phone. Prior to our crew arriving at your property, we request that you pack your personal items from the bathroom and all bedding.
We offer a wide range of removal services, ranging from your everyday household move across town to being shipped across the world. We have a wide range of equipment at our disposal, from webs and blankets for furniture to ramps and straps for machinery and vehicles. We have a range of lorries to suit each job ranging from our small box van for getting under arches and trees, to our larger lorries and trailers for those larger moves.
When moving abroad we offer services covering France, Belgium, Holland and the rest of Europe. There are many things to be taken into account such as organising outbound and return ferry sailing schedules and times. When planning our trips we carefully work out our route taking into account toll roads and the laws and regulations in certain countries.
No Destination is too far for our company to deliver. We are able to deliver all around the world, from Africa to Australia and USA to New Zealand, and we offer competitive rates. There are many options when being shipped, we can arrange for a container to be left at your property or if you do not have the room we can have it delivered to our warehouse.

We used O&H as they were a local family company. We were emigrating to France and they gave a good competitive quote.
Our belongings were in store with them for 6/7 months and when the time came for it to be transported to France they increased the quote by 75%. This was despite promising that the price would not increase and that they would not ‘hold us to ransom’. They offered a reduction of £200. They would also not guarantee a delivery date and we would have had to wait until they were ready.

We moved from our house in woking and had the real privilege of having O and H do the removals into storage.
Simon and peter turned up and went about their business in a very polite and professional way. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really impressed with the speed and care shown with our belongings.
We have moved several times in the past and have to say O and H have been the best removal company we have ever used.

O&H great on all counts. Two moves and both times the guys were brilliant, turning up on time and working like Trojans both days, yet always friendly, helpful and totally professional. Previously I had a great dislike for removers and storage firms (one big company lost everything I owned!) but, from my recent experience with them, you can trust and rely on O&H.

We cannot thank the guys from O&H removals enough. Great communications from the outset and Malcolm who came out to give us an appraisal came in with the most reasonable quote by far and we had at least five other quotes for the same job! We didn’t pick them just because they were the cheapest either especially when you consider that they are literally moving the entire contents of your worldly goods. Malcolm is a lovely friendly man who took a huge amount of time to explain the whole process thoroughly. They did everything they could to accommodate my move at short notice which really helped to alleviate my stress and upset. On the day, the removal men where punctual, helpful and efficient. Great firm and fantastic removal guys.
Moving out and into store took 3 hours! Amazing.
Moved in yesterday and despite having to man handle loads past 4 cottages still completed in about 4 hours. And they had to move the van at least twice because of the narrow road.
Thanks to everybody for making our move so swift and painless.
