Here at CH Electrical Services, we take electrical safety very seriously and all of our work is fully compliant with the very latest building regulations and we're registered as an NICEIC contractor.
On completion of any work, a detailed certificate, confirming that the work is compliant with BS 7671, will be issued to you. CH Electrical recognise the importance of your consumer rights and before proceeding with any type of work, we thoroughly discuss your requirements in full. On request, we will always supply you with references of any work undertaken by CH Electrical Services and provide proof of our public liability insurance policies.
CH Electrical Services have an excellent Health & Safety record and constantly strive to provide ongoing training and support to our operatives, in all aspects of good H&S competence and implementation. Our operatives are routinely advised on any changes in H&S regulations, with regular reviews and risk assessments issued on each project, to help manage the risk of accidents on site.
On behalf of numerous social housing and private landlords, CH Electrical Services have completed many 'Electrical Installation Condition Reports', which require the 'Inspection and Testing' of electrical wiring in a dwelling or commercial space! Under government legislation, it's the landlord's responsibility to ensure that the electrics in rented accommodation are safe and fit for purpose.
For those who might be new to the concept of Central Vacuums or Built-In Vacuum systems, they are sometimes considered a new innovation, but in fact have been around since the 1950's.
