We were assigned BT Projects via Wickes for our bathroom remodel.
Have to give Alex a shout out for being on hand to answer any questions but the real star is Florin. He did such an amazing job from start to finish. Always polite and always tidied/cleaned up at the end of each day. He is a real asset to the business and if you do book BT projects, I would 100% ask for Florin to be your guy. Thank you!

BT Projects London saved our dream bathroom!!
We decided to purchase a new bathroom via Wickes who then sub-contract the installation to BT Projects London so we didn't actually choose them as our installers.
However, whereas Wickes left a lot to be desired by failing to provide most of the delivery (meaning we had to source last minute ourselves), BT Projects London's work was exemplary throughout.
The care and craftmanship of the team, particularly John, and led by Soren was second-to-none and whereas we could have had a bathroom nightmare due to Wickes, these guys really saved the project

Tudor Bratu and his excellent team at BT Projects fitted a new bathroom for me in February 2021.
I just cannot praise this company enough. Communication, workmanship, reliability, cleanliness. It was all absolutely top notch and so clearly run and staffed by people who know exactly what they are doing with no hanging on and no time wasted. I must particularly mention Stefan, who worked so hard and so precisely, and Sorin, who came every day and ensured that everything was running smoothly. I used BT Projects (London) Ltd to completely renovate my new house in Barnet - London in July and August 2020. I took to Tudor immediately and found him an honest and fair person to work with. His team perform an excellent job on my house, completely stripping the house back to basics, wall, floors and ceiling, they re-wired the house and install new heating system and finally a new bathroom. Tudor and his team where polite and organised and completed everything to a high standard. When a small problem arose, Tudor was happy to fix it quickly and without any fuss. This was our first ‘house project’ and were really quite nervous about it. Tudor answered our never ending list of questions promptly, the quote he provided was competitive and did not vary through the project. We left his team to undertake the work whilst we were on holiday, and Tudor provided us with daily updates and when we got back, we were greeted with a fantastic new bathroom.
We now feel more confident about project work, and will be contacting Tudor for all our future refurbishment work.

I've been planning on doing my bathroom for 4 years, but kept putting it off. I am so glad I was referred to BT projects. The work was completed beautifully and efficiently. Perfectly planned so I was only without a shower for less than a day, and they were able to make helpful suggestions to improve what I had in mind. Nelu was always prompt and ready to start work by 8/8.30am daily. I am so happy with the finished product and my bathroom is finally what I have envisioned. Always tidied up after at the end of each day.
