Ryan was contracted in to put a new roof on 2 extensions and make some repairs to the existing roof. We have had no problems so far, with the new roof I should point out. At the time however, we had damp on a chimney breast in a downstairs wc and asked him to make the repair. As far as we were aware, that had been done. 2 years down the line our wall is crumbling and when I contacted Ryan to ask him if he could take a look, his response was “not really, sorry”. When I sent him email evidence that we had requested that work and paid him in good faith to do it, he dismissed me completely. So
