Me and my wife moved from our last rental into our first real home this week and I couldn't speak highly enough of the support we got from Straight There. Darren and Trev were very positive and sunny; they put us at ease right away by introducing themselves and were completely professional. They worked hard throughout the move and took on some of the spatial challenges of moving our white goods and larger items in their stride!
I'm delighted with the service they provided and found both of them to be extremely personable and made what might have been a stressful day very fun and very easy.

We were really impressed with all the same factors mentioned elsewhere until we had unpacked fully, over six months later. Only then did we realise what was missing - valuable jewellry- as you tend to keep looking for things, hoping to find them in the next box - as you unpack.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY HAVE VERY LIMITED INSURANCE, even if they talk it up themselves in their sales spiel..
THE INSURANCE THEY PROVIDE ONLY WORKS IF THE ITEM IS REPORTED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF YOUR MOVE AND IS WORTH LESS THAN £100. This is worthless.
So, for most intents and purposes, they/you are not insured at all

Totally would recommend Straight There and actually did to my nephew yesterday, they did a fantastic job with our move recently. From the regular contact keeping in touch to ensure availability when required and fitting us in when we only had 4 days notice and the lads on the day we had a professional service all told. Just finished our house move with Straight there removals, they have been amazing and made what could have been a stressful day an absolute breeze.
They came out to quote a day after we contacted them and we moved within a week. (Very short notice chain).
They arrived early and worked tirelessly in the hot weather to ensure our move took place as swift as possible.
Ian, Neil and Jay are a credit to the company and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help on the day, thanks lads.

This Company owned and ran By Mr Christopher Roberts is responsible for the loss of over £5,000 worth of My Coats & Jackets. They moved us on 3rd June from Birmingham to Droitwich with one collection of Sofa and Chair from Solihull.
When transporting my items they somehow lost or are responsible for the theft of a 4ft blue plastic box with my clothing in.
Within the service provided they remove your clothing from wardrobe and store them for travel in a railed box. I at no time touched the wardrobe. When you arrive at your new home, they then replace all wardrobe clothing

We had a great experience with Straight There who did our packing and removals last month. They were efficient, experienced and friendly on both packing and moving day and got everything safety to our new home. We had a very bumpy road to moving house and they checked in weekly and moved dates accordingly so that they could accommodate our moving date when we finally got there! We were really impressed.

We have recently employed Straight There removals for our move. I could not be adequately complimentary about their service, friendliness and professionalism. They worked tirelessly all day and put everything where we wanted it as well as building some items of furniture. They were more expensive than others but..you pay for what you get.
