We can no longer recommend this company based on our recent poor experience.
We have been customers of shades and shutters for many years, as have our friends and family and have been happy with their service. However, after a blind they recently installed came crashing down, we had to get in touch with them to let them know what happened, they requested photos of the damage it caused which we did. We thought nothing of it, the blind had not been installed correctly, and it fell down. It had only been fastened to a strip of wood, and that strip of wood the fitter told us was not screwed in, but
