We recently replaced all our doors and windows and received outstanding service throughout the entire process. Will was extremely knowledgeable and supportive in helping us select the new products. Rob and Dean did an excellent job with the installation; they were always willing to go the extra mile and made sure to leave our home clean and tidy. As I imagine is true for most people, we are very inexperienced window-buyers, this being our first time! And it was scary because of the £££ but also, the fear of making a mistake. But we were looked after, supported and reassured at all stages by Will, Jay and Amanda and as I write this, we couldn't be happier with our efficient, un-drafty, elegant, beautifully engineered, perfectly-fitted windows and doors.
One of our fears was a lot of dust/mess during installation ... there was none. Literally none. And the team which came to do the installation (led by the lovely Phil) were a delight

Today the guys from Magna Windows have finished fitting the windows on my Mums property, 3 of the most professional tradesmen we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

We had our windows fitted a couple of weeks ago, and we are very happy with them. Will helped us choose the right windows and handles for us and was professional throughout. We then had Jamie and Dave come round to fit them and they did a great job of it too. Thank you very much Magna and hope to see you soon to get the rear completed as well 👍🏻!

We could not be happier with our new windows! From first contact and meeting with Will, service was professional and polite. Will was incredibly understanding, and happily answered all the questions that we had. Nothing was too much trouble and Will even came out one last time to talk through the designs before we confirmed everything. The fitters from Magna were by far the most respectful, polite and tidy workers we have come across over years of renovation on our home. We would not hesitate in recommending Magna Windows - they are great!

We used Magna Windows to replace our front door, and we are really pleased with the result. The door looks brilliant and just as agreed. Communication with the company was easy and the installation was really swift. The door fitter was extremely polite and efficient, and he left everything really clean before he left. No concern whatsoever. Absolutely recommend Magna Windows!
