I had contacted Cowes movers office and Jordon and Pat was very helpful with arranging a last minute move after my daughter had contacted me and need a removal firm to help transport her belongings to the Isle of Wight after fleeing a domestic violence relationship.
It was an emotional time for my daughter but the team Andy and Lee made her feel very comfortable after the difficult time she was going though.

Terrible
They damaged our sofa, forcing it back together.
We was promised 3 vans due to the amount of stuff we had to and we also PAID for 3...only one turned up. Won't recommend and this wasn't in my name, this isn't a false review, just take responsibility for once instead of saying "this is a false review" you're not perfect. No it isn't one of your jobs but one of your jobs IS to move peoples items SAFELY without damaging them. Never seen a company take zero responsibility when there is multiple reviews telling how awful their experience was with said company. I seriously don't understand

They were the first company I called and decided to go through with their instant quote, however little did I know I would come to regret this this decision. There were several things that went wrong that made the whole process significantly stressful. They had changed the initial agreed date to either the next day or a date 2 weeks away (which was not possible). I had to pack my 2 bedroom apartment in less

Critical: Professionalism
Just been a passenger in a car on M3 northbound and the road is treacherous with rain. One of these cowes moving company drivers undertook us whilst she was texting in the terrible road conditions. She was illegally texting and putting others lives at risk. Please speak to your drivers.

We recently used Cowes Movers and would thoroughly recommend them!! booking was professional Pet & Danielle were very helpful in the office and Chris & Lee who moved us were amazing. Nothing was a problem. They arrived at the agreed time and worked very hard and NO breakages. Thank you for a great service! Oh, and the price was reasonable too!
