John and his whole Glazewise team were excellent. I had conservative, replacement window, 2 doors and 2 patios done. Gerry the builder, Paul the plasterer also deserve a mention for their work. The site was left clean and tidy each day and workers were punctual and pleasant doing our project. I consider the cost to be very reasonable for the amount of work undertaken.

First Class Customer Service! John and his team are polite and very easy to talk to. They installed few windows, doors and a folding door for us back in 2020. The whole process was explained to us and John made sure that we understood and were happy with all elements of the purchase before ordering the goods. One and half year on we had a minor issue with one of the doors and John was very quick to fix the issue in a matter of very short time. Once again a big thank to John and his team for an excellent customer service. I will definitely use Glazewise Ltd again in future.

John was excellent from his initial quote to finish. Considerate, knowledgeable and professional. We particularly appreciated his lack of "hard sell" at quotation stage, just a straightforward reasonable price, information about products, then left us to make our decision. The front door looks beautiful and the house is already warmer!
