Used them to carpet our whole house and prices were competitive and range was wide and service very friendly. It's not like the big flashy retail stores on the shopping centres. Swift keeps costs down and operates out of a low key site which suits me. I'd rather have value for money from Swift than go to the big impressive retail stores.
We did have a small problem with the fitting which they promptly put right at no extra cost. I'll use them again.

The staff at Swift Carpets are great. Their expertise is invaluable. Good honest advice as to which floor covering to choose, not trying to push the most expensive item onto the customer. Highly recommended.
Just to update. Through no fault of their own my carpet fitting date was looking like it might have to be changed😱 as my moving date and removal men were due the following day I was panicking. John Swift pulled out all the stops, got in touch with a fitter who came out and worked late to fit my carpet. Thank you Swift Carpets and Neil the fitter. What a star👍

Thank you so much John for your patience in helping us to select the right vinyl flooring for our bathroom. Had it fitted by your recommended flooring fitters this week and they did and amazing job, working so neatly around all the obstacles, including the free standing bath tub. Our floor was quite bumpy so we took the fitters' advice to have a plywood sub floor preparation fitted and so glad we did because now it looks brilliant. See you soon for carpets!

Great product but terrible fitting
We were not home when the fitter finished the job, but when we arrived back we found the following problems:
- pieces and offcuts of flooring left all over the floor and in the bath, plus loose tacks left of the floor too
- cracks in the flooring where it has been fitted around the radiator pipes (see pictures)
- sealant hadn't been applied between the flooring and walls. When we asked about this, the fitter came back to finish it off, but the silicon hasn't been masking taped and so the finish is bumpy and uneven (see pictures)
- joining strip between the

I have just used swift carpets, once again fantastic service from Ben and his team (especially Ben #2 brilliant work with the fitting).
I always have and will recommend Swift Carpets to anyone and everyone.
This is my second review o have left for Swift the 1st is listed below that I wrote on Facebook.
In 2015 I wrote ...“After purchasing our first property, which so happened to requires a lot of work carpets included. After visiting various carpet shops including those so called good valued national ones, I didn't think we would be able to afford to carpet a floor mat let alone the property
