Sadly I should have listened to the reviews but we were desperate but never again would I use or recommend Ela’s cleaning company.
Very dodgy, text messages only and they were reluctant to tell me who was actually coming to clean my house or share any details and a lady just turned up at the time to the place.
Customer service was appalling when I tried to give them feedback as the quality of work was very poor and we spent a lot of time showing the cleaner what to do and how to do it and several drawers in the kitchen left out.
It’s not cheap either so I’d suggest saving yourself the

I tried to arrange a 3 hour session with this company but experienced terrible customer service in the process, Ela seemed rude on the phone and in texts but I was willing to give the service the benefit of the doubt due to the other positive reviews on google. I was told that that charge would be £20 per hour and needed to be paid in cash to the driver delivering the cleaner in advance of the work, when I said I wasn’t comfortable with paying all upfront (bearing in mind it would be to a total Stranger in a car and not to the cleaner) due to bad experiences with cleaners in the past but was
