We moved house on Friday and I can’t recommend JPAK enough . From my first contact with Anne everything was excellent . The guys on the day were absolutely amazing . We moved from a top flat and they safely moved all our furniture . They were all so friendly as helpful .John , Ross and Pete must have been exhausted after all the stairs in the flat . JPAK definitely took all stress out of moving house . I would not hesitate in recommending to friends .

Today was my second time using JPak and I can’t praise their wonderful service enough. They just moved the content of my 3 bedroom house from Motherwell to Aberdeen. Everyone was very helpful and professional; from Anne in the office to the guys that collected and delivered my furniture. I highly recommend them. It takes some of the stress out of moving when you have a team you can trust. Thanks folks!

Recently used JPAK for a house move and storage. Office staff were very helpful when booking in and through to the end with any questions we had. The removal guys couldn't have been better. These guys showed up right on time , they were very professional and worked extremely hard , they were very helpful and accommodating. They took great care of all my possessions and moved them to exactly where I wanted them , Nothing was a bother to them at all , I would highly recommend this company for a full house removal , 10 out of 10 for me . Broke our Washing Machine during the move, then said they were not Insured for Electrical Goods. Never told us this prior to booking the move and we never signed anything regarding this. So be careful, when I tried to take the matter further, emails were ignored. Provided pictures of the damage and only wanted to claim for the Reconditioned Machine we bought as a replacement, to me very unfair.
