Moulds Builders was established by the Mould family in 1887. The Mould family ran a dairy outlet in Chapel Street and started a building side originally to look after their own premises.
For some 60 years Moulds had offices and workshops in Petersfield town centre and after the war the company built the majority of Pulens Lane, Pulens Crescent, Geddes Way, Copse Close, Eastlake Close, Rother Close, Seaward House along with several other local authority properties.
