Services
Operating throughout Tyne & Wear and Northumberland we are able to carry out work on central heating systems, gas services, and all plumbing work. JTS are Gas Safe registered which is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances. In addition to this we are also DBS checked. We can offer a 2-10 year parts/labour warranty on various boilers giving you peace of mind on your new combi appliance.
At JTS Gas & Plumbing Services we pride ourselves on the offering the best customer service and aim to go beyond your expectations. JTS came out gave me a price to carry out the work which was a fair price, they kept me informed throughout out the job. They started and finished when the said they were, tidy, polite and did a first class job on fitting the boiler and extra radiators.
Monday to Friday. However we are happy to work outside of these hours when necessary but may charge a call out fee. Due to the nature of gas fire and central heating breakdowns, it is impossible to give an estimate over the phone. JTS Gas Plumbing Services would need to view the appliance and the layout of the property before giving an accurate quotation.
JTS Gas & Plumbing Services take gas safety seriously, and all of our engineers are Gas Safe Registered. Landlords are required, by law, to comply with the Gas Safety Regulations Act which involves all houshold gas appliances and pipework to be checked every 12 months and be in possesion of valid Gas Safety Certificate.

First used JTS a couple of years ago when he replaced all of the radiators in our house. Trevor was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Completed what was quite a big job on time with absolutely no problems. Over the last couple of years we’ve used JTS for boiler maintenance in our flat and several smaller plumbing type jobs at home too. Have always been pleased with the service provided. I would definitely recommend based on our experience.

I've called JTS solutions and we've agreed with the engineer for a next day gas leak repair. He called me on the next day that he can't come due to family reasons. The same thing happened on the day after so he wasted 2 of my days and I could've sorted out my problem in the mean time! I couldn't really believe!! Absolute time wasters!!
