We moved into our new home 6 months ago and when we got the keys the floor was laid perfectly. The carpet had been fitted perfectly and the fitters didn't leave a mess anywhere. We went for the Amtico with the Herringbone pattern and we are so please that we did. It was the best decision we made. Again the fitting and workmanship is second to none.
We would 100% recommend DCF. Great experience from day one. DCF gave us such a great selection of carpets and Amtico it was hard to choose. They made the experience smooth and easy, the distance didn't make a difference as there was always someone on the end of the phone if I needed any help or advice.

I purchased a property through Persimmon Homes and had the misfortune of dealing with Direct Commercial Flooring.
The floor installation was poor and started lifting within 6 months. It took several visits/ meetings to arrange for the lifting floor to be rectified as DCF denied any responsibility (even though it was proven they were at fault)
In the mean time we had a plumber carry out some work and burn a hole in our Amtico. DCF were asked to replace the one plank. During this work, the floor fitter pulled the dishwasher out, snapped the water feed and flooded our downstairs.

DCF have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work and customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond with any warranty work and all of the colleagues I have had to deal with have been great. Jon is by far a role model employee for the company. The distance he travels to us and quality of work is amazing. He is also one of the most friendliest guys I have ever met. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Book appointments then dont turn up. We booked appointment with them 4 times. At the first time they did not find the house. At the second time they find the house and told us the vinyl must be replaced, finally after about a month they show up and install the new vinyl. Than for mastics we make an appointment and they did not show up, when we called they blame us not to be at home and we were working from home because of the appointment. Furthermore they book another appointment for a day later and told us they are stuck in traffic.

I recently used Direct Commercial Flooring and I cant thank them enough for the fantastic job they have done! They booked me in really quickly and organised for my furniture to be removed as I am unable to do this myself, I was quite worried about this so I was relieved they could assist with this. The office staff and fitters were very helpful, they answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I would recommend using this company.

We recently purchased a new house and we had been unfortunate enough to have a leak, we contacted our builder who instructed DCF to replace any flooring that had been water damaged. From start to finish we were taken care of by the staff over the phone who were able to book us in really quickly. The empathy the staff showed us was second to none! Due to how bad the flood in my property was DCF had to attend initially to pull up the flooring and allow underneath to dry properly. They attended a few days later to assess the floor and fit our new flooring. The guys that attended to complete the work
