Aftercare service is terrible contacted them in August regarding problems with windows and door that were fitted in 2019, promised some one would call ,no show have repeatedly phoned and emailed asking when they will come as I have one window that won't close at all , 2 more that they won't close properly , contacted yet again Wednesday as was promised someone will be here Tuesday still no show and was promised a return call with a new date still nothing, not happy

The only thing that is epic about this company is the epic LACK of customer service. Had a door fitted in December, costing £770, which was not fitted correctly as I have a draught coming in from left side. Then 2 big lumps appear on the front of the door. Phoned Epic said someone would come round. About 3 weeks later Simon comes round to look and put right. Said I need a new door panel and it should take about 10 days....this was on 16th March. On April 13th after not hearing from them I messaged to see what was happening, no response. Phoned them on 14th April and was told they were just about

Workmanship dreadful, service worse, when I complained I got an abusive person on the phone threatening me. Windows not fitted properly 6 of them blown (condensation inside), had to replace all mortar from the horns of the old sill boards and as others have said inadequate silicone meaning when windy sounds like a kid with a paper and cone on the window ledge. Only thing you can say about them is CHEAP.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! Was told they were FENSA registered and they advertised they were, however after having all my windows done they never sent me a certificate or registered the windows. Was promised many times this would be done after contacting them numerous times but still nothing and they are now ignoring my emails and calls. They also fitted my bay window incorrect and broke some of my soffits.
They got silicone everywhere and broke the dado in my lounge, Avoid at all costs.

Mines a difficult job as my lounge is middle floor. Had two double doors fitted in my lounge. Fitter was absolutely brilliant even though it was difficult to get them up to middle floor, nothing was too much trouble, lovely guy too. He worked like a Trojan to get them both finished. He even came back the next day and made sure they were as good as they should be on the outside as it was dark when he finished so he couldn’t actually see properly, and then cleaned them. Great service and communication with office. Impressive timescale/turnaround. Beautiful doors. So warm in my lounge now they’re

My windows were 20+ years old and I used Epic Windows to have my new ones. John and Simon came round to suggest a window and showed me some samples of what I could have. Once the windows were made up they fitted me in fairly quickly and did a great job. Mike the fitter did an excellent job that I am really happy with. I had both front and back windows done with some windows of the front being stained glass which I am really happy with. Really good price overall and a job well done. Would recommend. Thanks.

I recently had my windows and front composite door fitted by John/Simon and his team. Did a lovely job and we are extremely happy. Excellent price and the quality of windows seems great. We have a couple of decent size bay windows on the front of the house and they came out great. Overall my experience of them was excellent. We got recommended by a friend and we would have no issues recommending them to friends as well.

We had four windows and two bi-foldiing doors fitted to our extension recently by Epic Windows & Conservatories , the fitting was completed in professional manner at a great price, the work was completed quickly and area left clean and tiday when they had finished.

We recently had our windows and doors replaced by EPIC Windows & Conservatories. Absolutely delighted with the results, the windows look great inside and out and a number of people have already complimented us on the composite front door. EPIC completed the work within the time frame stated, the guys that completed the installation were very personable and kept everywhere tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
