Just had a sofa for my bedroom delivered and the delivery guys, Nathan & Andy, were extremely professional in their approach to taking this upstairs; nothing was any trouble even as it was a little awkward. A big thank you to them. I am delighted with my new sofa from Sweetpea and Willow and certainly recommend them.
I have been trying everywhere online for many months to purchase the Jonathan Adler rocket decanter. It is always out of stock! Sweetpea and Willow had the shortest lead time and the best price. It arrived today well packaged and absolutely splendid. I am thrilled! I have just received my Cuthbert bed and am so delighted with it - so well made and the delivery team were lovely.
I contacted S & W to assist with purchasing some missing pieces to our chandeliers which had been lost during a renovation. Despite not having purchased the lights from S & W originally, the lady I dealt with (TS initials) could not have been more helpful sourcing the missing pieces. They always have the best stuff!

Tony has come to my house 4 times now to deliver and pick up items and I have to say he is an asset to sweetpea. He always has a smile on his face and always goes out of his way. He recently delivered my foot board for my bed and he remembered to bring a cloth to wipe any marks made when assembling the bed. Taurean was also fab and like tony was a pleasure to have deliver my furniture.

Delighted with the service received. I had a query re an item I needed quicker than the stated delivery on website. Ernie from customer service was super helpful and arranged for it to come in the timescale needed, keeping me informed and ensuring the item arrived when I wanted. Delivery driver was also friendly and helpful, bringing the heavy items to appropriate room. I’m immensely happy with the products themselves and would highly recommend this company both from a customer service and product perspective.

I ordered a large Eichholtz sofa from Sweetpea & Willow and arrived very quickly (<10 working days)! The delivery drivers Andy and Taurean were punctual and called me before arrival. They were very careful when bringing in the sofa and made sure to leave everything clean and in perfect condition.

Exceptional customer service provided by Tanya. I had a complex order of ten items of furniture purchased from Sweetpea and Willow all needing to be shipped to Jersey. Tanya was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire purchasing process from our first visit to the showroom, helping us choose the right items all the way through to orgainising logistics for delivery to our home. High quality products and high quality service. Will definately be shopping with Sweetpea and Willow and Tanya again.

We spent nearly £9,000 on a dining table and chairs from these guys, and it has been a catalogue of errors from day one.
First of all the table that was delivered had to be returned 3 times due to the stain/colouring being incorrect.
We then had to send chairs back due to poor craftmanship (staples showing through the fabric, fabric wearing on the arms) They had these chairs for a number of weeks.
Chairs were returned eventually returned to us after 2 failed attempts at delivery.
We have since had to send the same chair back with the same fabric issue. Again they had the chair for a number
