Yeates is a great company from the top, through office team to the team handling furniture. They carried out the job with care, good humour and acted professionally at all times.
The two men who arrived on the day were very polite, very efficient and extremely hard working. There were a couple of quite tricky tasks including trying to get a very large piece of furniture down stairs past the chair lift, and then getting an enormous heavy mirror off the wall, which they managed with much cheerfulness.

Thank you Yeates Team, from start to finish superb customer service with dealing with Adam who arranged the move and was very accommodating as the date change a few times along the way, this helped making it less stressful and very much appreciated. The guys on removal day were very professional and took care of our much loved furniture which is exactly what you need, so no more added hassle just a team making it look easy, thanks guys, would recommend to anyone moving home, Steve and Sami.
