Alfresco Landscaping

We recently employed the services of Al Fresco Landscaping at my place of work where we required a full refurbishment of our pond and decking/bridge. After having been let down by another contractor we required an urgent quote and the works to proceed quickly once we had reached an agreeable figure. Al Fresco did not disappoint! From the outset I was hugely impressed by Alastair's knowledge and enthusiasm, and whilst the quote was higher than the previous quotes we had (although not by much to be fair) I felt instantly that they were the right people for the job. Unfortunately after coming out to see the project, over two months ago, no further information was forthcoming despite requests. Shame, I was looking forward to seeing what design they would come up with.
After receiving my first review Al realised that I hadn't received the quote and quickly got in touch. We proceeded to have the work done and are delighted. It has made such a difference having the garden designed, even in winder when there isn't much to see. When there was a problem Al came back and rectified it. Happy to be able update my first review of the Company.

Al's team have been great. Al sent detailed briefs and quotes for the work and it was started and completed within the time frame. We are delighted with the finished project. All the men worked carefully and professionally, with respect for our home. The building work is of a very high standard and we were kept informed about deliveries and the whole process. Thought and imagination went into the finished work.
We highly recommend Alfresco. (By the way....the men like cakes and tea and coffee!)

Having recently completed our extension just in time for winter, our plans were abruptly interrupted by the pandemic. Alfresco was my choice of installer based on past experience from friends. The job completed as promised and surpassed my expectations from the design stage. Courteous staff and highly experienced in their fields, their innovative approach when we came across a few stumbling block on the project was impressive, often giving me a recommended solution but very willing to ask for our input. Top team!
