Real pain. Have done a full house renovation and dealt with many suppliers and trades people, none of them as awkward and negative as these. They complained about everything, my builders, the parking, the mess on the site...it was as if we were lucky they were prepared to do the job! Took much more of my time and attention that the job warranted just to get them out to do it. The finish wasn't what I wanted either, but when I asked them to change it they wouldn't do it unless I paid extra. Find someone else!
