If I could give them no stars I would. We had someone measure up for some shutters. The man who came to measure answered “don’t know“ to everything we asked him. Not exactly filling us with confidence. They didn’t phone us with a quote. We phoned and left a message asking for someone to phone us back. 4 days later we’re still waiting. We’ve now gone somewhere else. Don’t bother.

Second time but never again.
Order my blainds on the 14th of November. They said everything will be done in 2 weeks to 3 weeks. 3 months later I am still waiting for my blainds to be finished and fitted properly £350 pounds is not worthet. Will never recommend anyone to order blainds from not perfect blinds.

First had perfect blinds fit PVC vertical blinds in my kitchen and never realised just how good they were until I needed to wipe some splodges off them (thank you spaghetti). It can right off and totally practical. Since then I've had a new bathroom roller blind fitted and they're going to fit Alexa motorised blinds on all the patio doors as they look amazing. Very pleased with the service and can't fault the workmanship. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed. Ordered blinds for my house in March 2016 still not been completed in September. 2016. very poor communication from company. when they tried to fix faults they replaced with incorrect sizes and colour. They seem hesitant to call and do not respond and cannot give a straight answer to when they will return to fix faults. Certainly not PERFECT!. Tony the fitter however, has been the shining light of this disappointing saga. Hopefully when the owners read this they may respond
