I got three quotes. Cedar Tree Care was the most competitive. Also, the deciding factor was the no quibble response (i.e no umming and ahhing) about the job to be done: tree felling , stump removal and protruding root runner removal. The team came on time, and were quick. The only reason they have not got a 5* is because there was a communication breakdown between office and field team re the roots. I had to call to rearrange for them to come back the following week and finish the job, which they did without argument. I would recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Booked in for a Quote, no show.
Called up they couldn't find the property...I recived no phone calls.
Rearranged for site visit to quote another day...job quoted for, quote accepted date and time arranged...
This time I had a family member wait in for them....no shows, no calls.
When I called up, The lady in the office told me she knew nothing about it I'd have to talk to their man out on the road...when I called and finally got through to him I got told, "we've run out of time today, leave it with me ill get back

James and his team have done work in our garden before. Their work is expertly done, with the perfect combination of knowledge, expertise, efficiency and respect for the area around which they are working. They remove all waste and have left lawns and surrounding plants undamaged. I think they are excellent value for money and highly recommend them.

From first quote to tidying up and leaving the boys were absolutely fantastic. I had 4 large Ash trees at back of the garden which were not that easy to get to yet the 4 man team got their harnesses on and done a wonderful job cutting the trees right down. Err competitively priced also. Will definitely use again.

Used these guys as the cowboys I had originally booked with had let me down. They turned up as scheduled were professional and polite and done an amazing job from start to finish. I have recommended Cedar to several friends this year and they have all equally been happy. I’ve already arranged for my conifers to be trimmed next year. Great stuff, keep up the good work.

Well where do I start, had a massive tree in my back garden. So I called cedar tree care, from start to finish absolutely brilliant. Had 3 lovely men round to take tree down and must say was really impressed by the way they worked..... professionals done.
