Our team have carried out hundreds of these surveys so know exactly what to look for and will ensure you receive the right price for your property.
Having been instructed to check and re-assess the Business Rates on two warehouses in South Essex occupied by our client for his business, Eyesurvey principal Leslie J Long FRICS entered into negotiations with the Valuation Officer. After many months, including a joint measurement of the premises with the VO, we were able to correct errors in the floor areas they had used.
We think keeping our website up to date with the projects that our staff are currently working on or recently carried out is highly important for both us and our customers. This process can include making an Inheritance Tax return to HMRC, finalising income tax affairs and pensions, collecting in the estate from banks, building societies and selling assets, paying money due to beneficiaries, making any gifts of items to beneficiaries and preparing accounts for the estate.

I was recommended to use this firm by a friend in the mortgage industry to undertake an RICS Homebuyer's Report. Lesley Long was very professional and, although there were no major faults, his report detailed a number of issues that needed looking at that only a very experienced eye yould have noticed. Thoroughly reccomended.

Cannot say if the company is good to complete the survey but not punctual. I had been waiting two weeks for a report and when I called to ask where it is the guy didn't want to talk to me. He said that he sent this 1st class by post, but it's impossible to have this delay with Royal Mail. Did not even ask if we have received it and did not inform when the report was sent. I'm disappointed.
