Booked a time, several weeks in advance but on the morning of the appointment I was called and asked if I could change the time to earlier in the day as they had had a cancellation, not a problem. Re-arranged appointment time came and went and then received a text, giving another, slightly later, 'around' time. This, third, arranged time came and went and twenty five minutes later, a person arrived and did not seem to see the problem with any of this and blamed bad parking and that 'around' meant within the hour. A shame really, as by the other reviews, if you do get a service, it's a really good
