We are very proud to be a family run business in our third generation. When my Dad retired in 1981, I took over the family business and I'm very proud to say my son joined the company and now holds joint partnership. We have built this company up from the bottom and pride ourselves in being genuine and extremely customer friendly.

Unprofessional, should have read the bad reviews before booking him because they were correct. He confirmed the day before that he would come at a designated time and even gave me a quote. Waited all day for him and he did not show up. He also didn't answer any of my calls or respond to my texts. Tried contacting him several times. Wasted my time. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Could have texted me or informed me that he changed his mind and did not want to provide me with his 'roofing' service.

Another completely unreliable tradesman. I arranged to meet him at my house between 12 and 4 in the afternoon ( thats the best he could do ) after assuring me he would definately turn up, guess what, after waiting all afternoon....no show, 2 phone calls and a text later with no reply

I needed a few slipped slates to be repaired with a view to the rest of the property being re-roofed in the spring but James alternative quotes convinced me to have complete re-roofing due to all the damage. I’m very happy with the result, the way the work was done and that James himself took trouble to keep me informed each step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for better. Recommended

Called James out last week to give us a quote. Very professional I must say. Recived quote same day just as he said I would. We was happy with the quote so asked James to carry out the work. Through out the job James and his team was very officiant. And have to say' Reece 'James apprentice was such a delight a very pleasant guy.
