I ordered a Shark vacuum online in the sales. I paid £199, reduced from £349. The next day Beacon Electrical called to say that they had made an error with the pricing and that the model I had paid for was full price. I asked that as this was their error and I had already paid for the goods, they should honour that. They declined. I asked that they did NOT cancel the order until I had taken consumer advice. After speaking with citizens advice, I was advised that they do not have to honour the price I paid but I could ask to reach a compromise.

Exceptional customer service 🙂My fridge freezer stopped working over the Xmas period so I contacted Beacon via online chat. Within 5 minutes I had received contact from Luke and had the fridge ordered and a next day delivery confirmed. The new fridge freezer is installed set up and old one taken away all Within 24 hrs. Lovely team of people, honestly could not be more happy or grateful. Will definitely recommend and will 100pc use again in future. Thank you 😊

I had my washing machine delivered today. The two Men were polite friendly clean & tidy. They were very professional & left my home as if they hadn't been there.I have had a great experience from time or ordering too delivery.
Sam & Josh were a credit to the company they represent.👏
I will not hesitate too order from Beacon Electrical again & will highly recommend.

Been using Beacon Electrical for many years. Never had any problems with service or delivery. Our house is small and narrow, and it has never been a problem. We buy all our electricals from Beacon because they are local, and we have always had a good service.

Absolutely rubbish tried to charge extra as they may have to take a door off we have never had any problems getting any furniture in our house. We have tried to keep it local and each time have had poor service would not recommend

They sorted a chest freezer and washing machine for my elderly mother. Delivered to a tricky location and took away a far bigger appliance. They could not have made the process any easier and helped my mum who was very anxious. Thoroughly recommend. Brilliant customer service 😊

Ordered washer dryer on Friday afternoon, supplied and fitted on Monday morning. Competitive price compared to other companies with the extra charges that we picked (fitting, taking away old) being less than the big retailers.
The lads who fitted it were polite and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a Range dual fuel cooker, installation and removal of old Range cooker. what can i say thats not positive, i have ordered white goods from Beacon Electrical in the past, they are very competitive and the staff are friendly and well informed of the product they are selling. They promised installation on the date i asked for and delivered on their promise. The Gas Safe engineer turned up first and as he was disconnecting the old cooker when the delivery team delivered the new cooker and removed the old cooker. The engineer fitted the new cooker and took my gas fitting up to the Gas Safe standard
