I arranged a wardrobe to be collected and delivered from one location to another. Within 3.8mile distance. An approximate time was agreed and no earlier. They called up to say they would arrive earlier on the day and were late after arrangements were made, they then called me up to say that they were en-route to deliver the wardrobe after collection but that was a lie as they hadn't yet collected it. Upon delivery they refused to deliver it in to the house claiming it was too big, and meant for a "manor house", when in fact it is narrower than the door way and fractionally higher, by tilting the

Really good guys but not professional movers, only came with two blankets and 1 ratchet strap, the rest we had to supply which was lucky we had some. We then proceeded to tell one of them how to pack a van, the son was very helpful however. Quite pricy for the service and was over an hour late after pushing my original time forward. Smoked around my boxes which i didn't love and couldn't find the address for 15 minutes but got the job done and not too much hassle after that.

Shoeb was very professional with his quotes and the actual move. Even came back just prior to the move to confirm the finer details as it took us months to exchange after the initial quote. On the day everything went extremely smoothly with no hiccups. Would definitely use again and highly recommended.

We've used Kwik Move numerous times in moves over the last few years within the family, and every single time they've been outstanding. The whole team are great, work honestly and efficiently. In fact it surprised me how clever the team are in packing items into the vans in such a way that it maximises the room available thus enabling them to fit as much as possible in each trip. I used Kwik Move to move my furniture from Staines to London. The removals guys were excellent and took great care of my furniture and were able to dismantle and put together furniture as needed. They also managed to contend well with the horrendous traffic in London. I would definitely recommend them and they can do removals pretty much anywhere.
