I have used Trevor twice, three year ago we think a block ice shattered two tiles on my roof in the middle of the night. I phoned first thing in the morning and his partner advised that as it was an emergency Trevor would call. Two hours later he called in on his way to another job and fixed the tiles there and then which I was not expecting. Yesterday I noticed a damp patch in my spare bedroom so rang and spoke to his very pleasant and helpful partner again, a few hour later Trevor called in to check the roof. Today he arrived at 9 am and had finished resealing around the chimney base by 10.30
