Cragg Builders Ltd was founded in 1998, by Trevor Sunderland and later became a Limited Company in 2003. Since 2012 Cragg Builders Ltd has been run by Trevor's daughter, Managing Director, Harriett Sunderland, they believe that their personal touch coupled with high standards sets Cragg Builders apart from the crowd.

In 2019 Cragg Builders Ltd were proud to be named as Regional Winners for Yorkshire and Trent in the Heritage Project category by the Federation of Master Builders. This award was for best traditional restoration.

Roof work including traditional stone & blue slate, GRP and Green flat roof systems and Velux installation. We can also supply and install bespoke timber, uPVC or Aluminium windows, doors, staircases and kitchens and are in a position to provide any joinery services required. We can assist and guide our clients from design to final delivery and installation to ensure all our client's needs are fully met.
Cragg Builders Ltd believe in training for the future and have consistently through the years given back to the industry by taking on a high proportion of our workforce as apprentices. Each apprentice is allocated to a relevant skilled tradesman to work alongside on site as we feel this supplements the CITB accredited training.
