I ordered a toilet/bidet. Had to contact them few times to be told different delivery date each time. Then their customer representative was very rude on the phone and even hang the phone. Basically they could not answered inquiries from their own delivery driver.Very bad customer service. Will not order anything from this company again

'STRIVE HARD TO OVER CHARGE AND PROVIDE DEFECTIVE GOODS AND SERVICES' BE AWARE!! Purchased replacement sink and toilet, was charged £810.00, overcharged and provided low quality products, number of problems, tried to raise issues with manager who is called Saqib, and he provided no assistance whatsoever. Very poor experience and zero customer service, not even worth 1 star, as the minimum selection to provide a review, Saqib promises one thing and he cuts corners and gives you something else!!! Bad Business ethics!!!

Excellent service, very reasonably priced stuff and the most beautiful kitchens ever. The staff was very kind and helpful. They offer free design service as well. They have a big and beautiful showroom and such amazing displays. It has been the best experience I have had while shopping somewhere and I would recommend everyone to visit them.

Bought a water heater of these people , and the flue didn’t match the boiler , they never gave me a receipt and they now say it’s my fault , they have been done for this in the past that’s why they changed there name , they had boilers that had been doctored, look at previous reviews especially mr khans I totally agree this company has not been in touch since I complained

First of all, the reviewer ‘Saqib Hussain’ is the owner. I&S Heating were paid to supply and fit a new central heating system (boiler, radiators and pipes) and in return they installed the system poorly, refused to honour their 12 month warranty on the work they carried out and, to top it all, they tried to cheat us by fitting a smaller, cheaper radiator in the kitchen instead of the one we paid for. In the end, as they were unwilling to fix their shoddy work, I had to pay for this to be done by someone else.
