The system is XPS16 by WarmFloors, the best performing dry over-lay system in the UK due to the unique pipe spacing of 150mm and 16mm pipe. The boards are 20mm thick high density XPS and all flooring types can be used over them (sometimes a few mm of levelling compound is required). The pipe used in is our 16mm PERT pipe which has a superior heat output to other types of pipe.
Liquid screeds have come a long way in the last couple of years. The benefits to liquid screed has been proven time and time again to save time, money and improve the heating output from underfloor heating systems. Since the introduction of Gypsum based screeds we now have Cement based liquid screeds also known as Cemfloor or Longfloor.
