Launched in 2015 by Monty and Dan at the age of 17, Furniturebox is an expanding online furniture business dedicated to beautiful, quality and affordable products backed up with exceptional customer service. Something that the two founders believe is responsible for the company's fast growth. Monty had already seen success selling online when the idea for selling furniture such as dining sets online struck.

Ordered a sofa from here at the end of September, website said delivery within 28days. Received an email saying sofas are being delivered within 4-6 weeks, which I understood. Its now been 8 weeks and I still haven't received my sofa!!
Due to being advised 4-6 weeks I have been on a make shift sofa whilst being heavily pregnant.
Not acceptable!

Wow, what a first class company to deal with!
We purchased our lovely coffee table from Furniture Box and have to say, we were absolutely delighted. The item was well packed and the delivery very speedy. Unfortunately, once the item was unpacked, we noticed a chip on the underneath of the glass. I contacted the sales team to advise and the service that followed was second to none. Without any hesitation, a replacement was arranged.
The customer service staff are superb and I would not hesitate to recommend Furniture Box to anyone 😀

Furniturebox were great when a recently brought a new bed from them. The item arrived the next day and although one of the boxes was missing, this was the courier's fault and furniturebox support could not have been better in resolving the issue. I had the missing box the next day! I would 100% buy from them again!

I ordered this lovely Novara round glass top dining table with gold legs and white faux leather chairs to match. I have to say I was impressed by the quality and this looks even better in real life. Super stylish, elegant, beautiful and at a great price. You definitely need one other person (someone strong) to help with putting this together. It was a little tricky but was worth-it! In addition, Furniture Box provided great customer service throughout. #HappyCustomer :)
