Dilapidations advice is commonly sought from either a Landlord or a Tenant at the end of a commercial lease to understand the responsibilities and obligations of a Tenant in respect of returning the property to a Landlord in the condition required by the lease. Building Surveyors Ltd have a vast portfolio of conservation project experience and we specialise in surveying listed and historic buildings including ancient monuments. Thoroughly professional and timely performance which enabled us to achieve the sale of our property within a tight schedule. We used James Cullen who facilitated the use of other professionals and trades to accomplish necessary remedial works. I think it is fair to say we would not have succeeded without James' input for which I will always be grateful.
