Excellent service, punctual and totally professional service.
We have used DB for many years and they have replaced windows, doors and built a conservatory for us. Most recently Howard came to adjust our front door and replaced key barrell and porch handles. Howard was polite and extremely professional.

Originally looking to replace polycarbon roof panel, however having discussing the matter with Howard chose insulated panels & replaced double glazed units with warm edge unit. We have found the results to be substantial, saving heat
with no condensation, which had been a problem in the past. The work is first class, all rubbish & old panels removed & friendly courteous staff, in fact Howard has visited on a couple of occasion's to make sure everything is ok. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I was surprised at how cost-effective it was to get the glass replaced in some of our windows. I had originally planned to only do the cracked one but when I saw the price we decided to get the conservatory windows that failed replaced too to get rid of the condensation. Howard turned up exactly on time and worked very quickly and tidily. The patterns on the leaded windows matched perfectly and he even gave us some helpful advice regarding ongoing maintenance. All in all we're very pleased with the results and would definitely contact DB if we get any more problems with our windows or conservatory
