DO NOT USE! Cowboy builder!!
I would under no circumstances use this company, they fitted an oil boiler for my Grandfather and after 3 months of use a horrendous smell of fumes filled his property causing great stress and concern, the smell was that bad that it made him ill. After numerous phone calls and texts John finally sent out on three occasions, three separate but equally incompetent engineers who did not identify nor fix the problem. We then called in a qualified and certified Grant boiler installer to look at the boiler. He was appalled by the install stating that there had been valves

I hired John to replace my boiler and he did a fantastic job. I found the job to be unbeatable value for money and it was a lot less that other plumbers in the area. In fact one plumber from the Liverpool area (who shall remain nameless) wanted double what John quoted. All in all, I am very pleased.
