When Euroserve came round they didn’t room by room, so each room would be in one van, but they had about 7 men and they came and started putting things in vans no matter what room it had on the boxes (made it hard at the other end). I have tried to claim 5 items that were damaged, one was a huge Buddha head and both ear lobes were broken, there was also 2 indoor greenhouses small but heavy one was a shaped glass and one of the Men dropped it. The other 2 panes of glass were broken. The other major thing was my grandson’s Disney china Christmas tree. And this was broken. They won’t help. They

I used Eurosurv in September for a self-pack move, based on recommendation from a friend. They were EXCELLENT, really friendly, speedy and careful with my furniture. Moving everything in, they were really good moving around small corners and they even gave me advice on how to connect my washing machine! Excellent service, would use again!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Many broken items, booking was incorrect, unprofessional staff, and then denied breaking goods even with evidence. No ppe or care for social distancing with a person in the extremely vulnerable category that had to move, one of the workers had a go at me with my 6 month old in my arms because he had the wrong information.
