Highly recommend. Great Prices. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. (I was looking for a hall carpet), the lady in the shop was very helpful and explained everything clearly to me. Fitter… arrived on time and done a brilliant job fitting carpet, asking me if I had any special requirements etc. Love my carpet, it has totally brightened up my hall. Superb service from measuring to ordering and then to fitting.
In the showroom Lisa was extremely helpful and assisted in picking the carpet and vinyl flooring.
James came to the house to fit on time and he had a bit of an issue with out stone stairs, which he overcame and he made a difficult fitting look very easy.
Overall a fantastic new look in our house.

Caleb and Jake came out to my family’s home and did an amazing job! They were on time, very professional, and super nice. They were both very knowledgeable. We had spots that we’ve had for years and they we’re able to get them out. Our carpet is super old and it cleaned up extremely well. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them!

We have used this company for carpet cleaning and always had a fantastic result. When we had a small fire (dishwasher) we had minor smoke damage, but throughout the home. Their team handled all the details in a professional, timely manner. From cleaning carpets, repainting, cleaning draperies, rugs, furniture, ductwork, they did it ALL.
I literally was talking to them while the fire trucks were at my house. The technicians were on site ASAP, got everything back to new condition, and they had a great relationship with our insurance company and took care of EVERYTHING.

The owner of this company arrived promptly after my call, let us know our options, and gave us time to decide which course of action to follow.
At our request, he returned later, removed wet and soggy carpet and pad, and set up dryers and a dehumidifier. His work saved our kitchen cabinets, drywall, and the carpet and pad in an adjoining room.
It was a bit overwhelming to see how much damage could happen so quickly when a faucet overflows. It was great to have options for the clean up, and time to think about them without pressure.
We highly recommend this company.

I called this company because I had a sewage backup in my brand new less than a year old basement. They came out after the septic guy figured out the problem and explained what needed to happen to clean up properly. I was lucky my situation wasn't severe enough to get the insurance company involved and I was in a position to be able to pay out of pocket but they were amazing and easy to deal with from the moment I called. I highly recommend these guys. They know what they're doing. His employees were very respectful, polite, and easy to talk with. I can't thank you guys enough! They even cleaned

Call for appt-was SUPPOSED to be here at noon. No one showed up!!
Called to see where they are-don't even have me down-ANYTIME!!!
Was put on hold-as you can imagine, I was infuriated and used a few choice words-TO MYSELF!!(THINKING I WAS ON HOLD!!) Lady told me not to call agian!!! DON'T WORRY-I WON'T!!
