Services Report

PAT Testing or Portable Appliance Testing is the name given for the process of routinely checking electrical items to make sure they are safe to use. This includes a formal visual inspection, fuse rating check, insulation resistance check, earth polarity check (where applicable) and to check the plug has been wired correctly.

Fixed Wire Testing Report

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), which is also referred to as Fixed Wire Testing & Inspection, is the inspection and testing of the circuits and wiring that distribute electricity around the building. Our fully qualified NICEIC accredited & approved engineers carry out electrical inspections throughout the country on anything from a small domestic dwelling to vast shopping centres, university's, schools and hospitals.

Asbestos Testing Report

The duty to manage asbestos is a legal requirement under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and applies to the owners and occupiers of commercial premises (such as shops, offices, industrial units etc.) who have the responsibility for maintenance and repair activities.

Water Testing Report

Legionellosis, more commonly known as Legionella, is a bacterium which when found in high numbers can cause the potentially fatal Legionnaires' Disease. As an employer or a person in charge of a premises e.g. A landlord you are required to have an Legionnaires Risk Assessment in place and renewed every two years.

Fire Safety Report

Fire Risk Assessments & Fire Site Surveys from our fully qualified and experienced CMIOSH NEBOSH SIIRSM MIFSM GIFireE surveyor. All of our engineers are trained in fire extinguisher servicing and have completed an examination in the theory and practice of servicing portable fire extinguishers. Our Fire Alarm Testing service ensures that your fire alarm system complies to current Health and Safety Regulations.

I used this company for office PAT testing. The job itself was ok. The gentleman who turned up was polite and did a good job. However, the invoicing process in the accounts department leaves a lot to be desired. They did the job in August, sent a reminder and then without warning issued a claim in the county court for a whole £95. I have been in business for a very long time and the approach this company takes to invoicing is awful. Seems like they are cost building. Either that or they are hard up. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Will be using another company to test the

This firm is a subcontractor. Do yourself a favor and research your testing direct. Save a bundle. Do not pay a middle man sat in the office all day.
Exceptionally poor service and bumped up prices.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very unhappy with these.
