Here at ISF Lock and Safe we pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and have over 20 years experience of working with local businesses and domestic customers.
Do you have a question? Yes all wooden and uPVC windows can be catered for, we would survey first and then make recommendations. The lock gearbox has failed, yes it can be opened and a new gearbox fitted with no damage to the door. Yes this can be done, ideally we could survey and measure before completion, however this is not always necessary as we stock a wide range of security locks.

Outstanding customer service. Called out Ian when I was having a problem with my front door. It was sticking and acting up and wasn’t catching every time. Ian told me it was not aligned properly and my door wasn’t secure. I had a thumb turn on the inside but it was close to the letterbox and should not have been fitted in the first place. He got my front door secure and aligned it, it was like having a new door. Thanks Ian, brilliant job.

I got locked out of my car and I made the call to ISF Lock and Safe Ltd Locksmith for help, they were reached there in 15 min! and opened the lock within minutes and didn't require any replacement parts, would definitely be my first port of call if I have a future need. I called ISF out when I moved home, Iain arrived and carried out a security survey and ran through all my options with me. I have 8 doors and they now all work on the same key. All work to a professional and high standard. I feel secure in my new home. Very efficient service, highly recommend ISF lock and safe anytime.
