Certainly no wasting of time between ordering and delivery. The item was well packaged as well - excellent professional service. The item we bought wasn't great quality, and it was marked, hence the 4 stars. I don't know how long it will last and so am unsure whether to return it or not. But everything else about the service provided can not be faulted.

We ordered a shower squeegee to replace an old Merlyn freebie which came with our shower screen, have to say the replacement is a quality product the rubber protrudes each end so no scratches from the frame when in use, comes with a couple of hooks which we didn’t use as they’re a bit cheap looking! Good product though so definitely recommend!

Very very unhappy, frustrated, and exhausted customer. The customer service is very very poor, no option for zero rating. I have been chasing the person who is dealing with my unresolved instant boiling tank-cold water feed filter replacement complaint since 24/08/21. Now thinking of going to trading standards or small court claims court to resolve this issue.

Ordered an item for delivery before Christmas. Days after I put the order in I was informed the item was out of stock, I was given the opportunity to cancel, but as there was no way I could order another to arrive before Christmas I declined. I was promised it would be in stock and sent out as soon as it arrived on 5th Jan. After emailing the company to see if they had lived up to the promise they then informed me it would not be with them until 15th Jan.
