Treesaw undertakes arboriculture for residential customers, local authorities and a variety of commercial businesses in a way which minimises disturbance to people and business operations. Our core tree services include crown cleaning, crown thinning, crown reduction and shaping, crown lifting, pollarding, removal of epicormic growth, removal of deadwood, removal of ivy, felling/dismantling of trees to ground level, machine stump grinding or the chemical treating of stumps and tree and hedge planting.

Treesaw is one of only a handful of tree contractors across the Yorkshire region to have been awarded the Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor (AAAC) status, an indication of our quality workmanship and commitment to health and safety. We are an ISO registered firm having gained certification in ISO 9001 (Quality Management) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) and Treesaw has gained CHAS and TrustMark (Tree Surgeons) accreditations.

Tree Surgery Report

Our tree surgeons offer a range of services to help manage your trees no matter what their size or condition. Treesaw is an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor (AAAC) which means you can rest assured when you use our tree surgery service we will provide a high quality and efficient service.

Vegetation Control Report

Treesaw carries out clearance of weeds, shrubs and vegetation growing around buildings, walkways, car parks and other sites to keep businesses and other public places attractive and well maintained. As this is the more intricate side of our work, we aim to complete any vegetation control tasks in a quick and timely fashion to avoid any disturbance to residents of the area and all our work is carried out with the environment in mind.

Tree Stump Removal Report

To accompany all of our tree surgery work, we safely remove tree and hedge stumps completely using specialist machinery or prevent regrowth with the use of a chemical treatment such as Ecoplugs. We understand the stumps can be an eyesore or just in the way, so our professional tree surgeons have refined their skillset to enable us to safely remove any stump from a domestic or residential area.

I had to wait a while to get a slot with these guys but that goes to show how busy a good company is. Worth the wait, as I’m very pleased with the results on my neglected oak. The team worked very quickly, left the place spotless and of course the tree looks much neater. They were courteous and kept me informed of what they were doing. I’m excited to see how it grows into its new shape over the next couple of years.

Not impressed. We ordered wood and arranged to get it delivered on a Friday on the driveway. Ended up being delivered on Saturday and the wood was dropped on the street. We had a note through the mailbox saying we didn't answer the door, but we were at home and no one tried to ring us. We tried to contact them since up to no avail.
Very stressful as many people could just help themselves to the wood, while we had to care for our baby at home.

Ordered a couple of bulk bags of hardwood now, always nice and dry and great chocks of wood delivered to my drive. Have tried other companies and ended up with wet wood (!), won't look elsewhere now.

Treesaw cut back and topped two reasonably sized trees for me and also brought an unruly hedge under control. Found them through a web search, they were very professional from the first phone call, the price was good, communication was very good throughout and the chaps who did the work were friendly and polite.
