McLeod + Aitken is a private consultancy company wholly owned by the directors with a history of over 60 years in the construction industry. Our core services of Quantity Surveying and Project Management have evolved to provide full end-to-end construction consultancy advice. Our clients are individually supported by the Directors to ensure quality of service and speed of delivery.
Mcleod + Aitken has recently been recognised for an award by Constructing Excellence, based on the services we provide to all our clients. Linked to cost savings, innovations and collaborative working we are at the forefront of the changing way our profession operates. For many of our clients we have positioned ourselves as their first port of call, working together to establish a full team suitable for the project in hand.
Food and Beverage Offers are becoming an increasing part of our business and many of our clients' offers, whether as standalone coffee shops and restaurants, or as part of a larger project in a hotel, care home or supermarket. Cafes and restaurants are often required to be fitted into an existing space.

We have experienced changes in fashion from large scale superstores to small convenience stores and everything in between.
