Initial service was good and good turn around time to come fit the CCTV system but after a year started to have small issues and after countless times of trying to get in contact with Sid Ahmed it was clear he was not interested in helping his customers just taking there money, it's safe to say his after sales service is non existent, I eventually found another person that sorted the issue out rather quickly and was surprised when they told me a lot of there work was from previous customers of Leicester CCTV CENTRE.

We are CCTV Installers, Leicester CCTV Centre by far is our favorite company for all our CCTV supplies, technical knowledge and training. Service is first class.. When we are onsite they are always available to provide support over the phone, they even remoted into our computer to assist. They certainly far beyond than any other company we have dealt with. I spoke with Leicester CCTV Centre having had quotations from a number of suppliers. Their prices were extremely competitive, they stocked exactly what I needed and were extremely helpful on setup and advice. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be going back there for some more additions to my system.

They do good products but after sale service is poor.Spent nearly a thousand pound on a CCTV system, it's been working okay for nearly two years even though sometimes not all camera are working at the same time. Sid was professional when he came to install the system but he never answered messages. It's good having a good system but if something goes wrong you will have to consider if Sid is going to come back to help.
